Entretien
There seemed to be quite a disconnect between the person who called me and ok'ed the interview and the person who would have been my boss if I had been offered the position. The would-be boss was the first person that I interviewed with in person and I think that he first read my CV when he sat down in front of me. His first question was - "You went to two top-notch schools. Why do you want this position?" Like he was honestly confused. I knew that the interview was practically already over at that point.

The "Why do you want this position?" question threw me. When I was screened by the boss's boss over the phone, he didn't say anything about me being over-qualified for the job. I didn't think that I was from what I read in the job description.
