J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intel Corporation (Hillsboro, OR) en août 2012
Entretien
After submitting many resumes for different positions online, I got an email about setting up a phone interview. A ~1hr phone interview included a few questions about my work, but mostly job descriptions, and he asked me how a transistor worked. 2 days later I got an email regarding an onsite interview. 1 week later I flew to Portland/Hillsboro for the onsite.
Onsite interview was 1 9 hour day with a 2 hour lunch. Interviewed with 5 people individually and gave a ~1hr presentation. Went out to lunch with 2 people who had jobs similar to what I was interviewing for. I felt that the interview went well, but I left without a good idea either way if I would get an offer. They said they would call in 2-4 weeks, I heard back with an offer in just over 5 weeks.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
