I applied through my university. An Intel sponsor was there to get acquainted with the graduates there. I sent my CV and was contacted by phone for a preliminary interview and then attended a 1:1 interview with the manager.

The interview was very detailed regarding my technical background. I had to explain why I chose to took some of the courses and how this helped had me through my past years.
