Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intel Corporation (Chandler, AZ) en nov. 2011
Entretien
Showed up in the morning. Watched a presentation about the company. Then later had lunch with the hiring managers. We were separated into groups according to which division we were interviewing for. Did not know who was going to interview me.
After lunch, the interview was conducted. First hour was with 2 managers. The second hour was with the second set of people (2 people again).
Was first asked behavioral response questions. Then questions about basic engineering (stress/strain curve, what's a thermocouple, what are diff modes of heat transfer, etc). Then third set of questions revolved around everything I wrote on my resume. If you know your resume, you shouldn't have problems. I was from time to time told to go to the board and draw things out.

Process begins with a phone screen with recruiter, followed by hiring manager discussion, then onsite interviews consisting of several one-on-one sessions, where candidates are usually expected to deliver a presentation.
It was pretty straightforward overall. They mainly asked questions about my resume, previous work experience, and the projects and research work I completed during my graduate studies. The conversation was conversational and focused on understanding my background and technical experience.
