The interview process consisted of a video interview where a couple questions and recorded questions were asked, then an online assessment and upon completing those successfully there was an in person video interview with two managers. The whole process felt very seamless.

I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for

Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.
