Applied online, received call for interview date, had one in-person interview. They let you know what specific team you'll be in one to two weeks before your start date.
Once hired, there was a very convenient orientation period for all interns and 2-day training on the tools that would be used during the internship.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had conflict at school or at a previous job. What steps did you take to make sure it was resolved? What was the outcome of those steps?
Interview was in two phases:
- first was with HR (screen interview)
- second was with directors
First one is to verify if your profile/resume matches what they're looking for.
Second interview is more thorough and looks into your reaction when faced to specific situations.
Interview for an hour, online using teams, both behavioural and technical questions are being included in the interview, followed by me asking any potential questions I have towards my role and the firm
