My first interview with the HR representative went very well. She was respectful, kind, and professional.
However, the second interview, which involved two other individuals, made me feel quite uncomfortable. One of them regularly interrupted me, constantly corrected me, and seemed to adopt an intimidating attitude. To be honest, I also found this person rather condescending.
In addition, I was asked several questions without any context, while being expected to provide answers in just a couple of sentences. Without sufficient context, it is difficult to give clear, relevant, and coherent responses.
As a result, I did not enjoy the interview experience and, in hindsight, I do not regret not being selected. If this is how candidates are treated during the recruitment process, I would be concerned about what it might be like to be managed by someone who behaves in this way on a daily basis.
