hiring is a tedious process with mayn levelvs of interview. there is written test, group discussion & personal interview. You need to come multiple days & need to wait for long times. ou need to have patience for the entire process
In the first round, the manager called and asked experience-based questions, focusing heavily on topics like how I tested software and the detailed steps I followed in the process. They also asked the previous experiences on the specific business area.

4 Phone Interviews. started with HR Interview, and then two Technical Interviews, and then one Interpersonal Skills Interview. Interview was scheduled through email. All the communication took place through email.
