J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Markham, ON) en févr. 2024
Entretien
Overall, the interviews were pretty standard, but the interviewers were knowledgeable and professional. One thing that really stood out to me was that they skipped a possible interview with HR and had me fill a questionnaire instead.
The first real interview was with the tech leads and the questions were questions about Core Java, REST APIs and a Easy/Medium Leet Code question.
The second interview was with the manager and tech lead. The questions were mostly behavioural and about my background experiences. The interview was very informative, and I also got a tour around the location after the interview. The office has a lot going on with free snacks, a rec room, a gym and lots of open space. Lots of smiling faces as well. You will get the feeling you want to work there.
