Webex call with manager and their manager. The interview was more of a discussion on what my personality waws and how I prefer to work. Offer was presented after a few weeks via email.

Three phone interviews, eight meetings in one day, each with different executives running different separate parts of the sales transaction support business unit. Each one is about 20 mins long, you then spend the evening being taken out to dinner by current new hires.

They contacted me back more than 2 months later when I almost forgot that I applied at all. Two recruiters were present in the interview (one had bad English), they asked me various questions -from my previous job responsibilities to my personality traits. When the talk came to benefits they both had no idea what is offered for this position, nor did they seem optimistic about possible a growth or rotation. Quite strange experience.

Entretien
First I received a call where they asked me questions like: What is your professional experience? Why would you like to work for IBM? What could you bring to the company?. Then they called me for the personal interview where they asked me more questions in English and tested my French language as well.

They gave me a complicated situation with a customer where he wanted something I couldn´t offer him as it was illegal. They asked me how I would solve the situation.
