J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Washington, DC)
Entretien
I had a phone interview, in person interview, and online competency test. The overall process was not as difficult as other consulting firms.
However, I have heard and now seen IBM send an offer, ask the future employee to sign the contract, and then change the offer less than 30 days before the employee's start date. This has happened to two of my friends now, and IBM does not offer compensation for breaking their employment agreement. Though both people still took the job with IBM, I know they were upset that IBM's decision negatively impacted their financial situations, since they were now starting work later than expected.
Like some of the other reviews have described, this was a one-day interview process with three (back-to-back) 30 minute sessions. Two of the interviews were behavioral and one was a case. The behavioral interviews were very laid back. I went in with there with plenty of questions and I think this was well received. I didn't think that the case went so well for me but I may have made up for it in the behavioral session.
