The process consisted of an initial online application, followed by an online assessment covering logical reasoning and situational judgement. Shortlisted candidates were then invited to a virtual interview, which included behavioural questions, motivation-based questions, and a case or scenario discussion. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and clearly communicated.

Entretien
Very long process, with very bad communication. Started with online application, than IPAT and than a behavioural interview, one on one. It was with one person, and she asked one question after the other, not really allowing for a proper conversation. Did not hear back for quite a while, and than finally got a rejection in a generic email with no reason attached.
