J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Dallas, TX) en nov. 2021
Entretien
First round: 2 coding questions (easy-medium) and 1 DevOps question.
Second round: pre-recorded video interview answering questions about yourself and why you think you are a good fit
Third round: behavioral interview
Forth round: Virtual hiring event where you got to learn about IBM and speak with the technical hiring managers. This round was very casual and conversational.

Question 1
What is a time you experience extreme chaos and how did you handle it?
You have the option of implementing either a cloud solution or an on-prem solution. Both solutions achieve the exact same thing. How do you evaluate which solution to go with?
How do you handle a situation where a team member isn't carrying their own weight?
The worst interviewer superiority complex I have experienced with. I do have an extensive experience and certifications that aligns to this role, yet he treated me with no respect. He create questions with ambiguous, confusing structure, wherein there is no relational context for you to answer it. Even you having to give a follow up question with clarity, he will just skips the question if you do so. I am glad that I have been rejected to that kind of department.

Question 1
Technical questions that are focused with AWS services and ways to communicate to its services
Good process, a few technicals and behavioral interviews. I was unprepared so I struggled on them, but I think with good preparation there should be no issue in getting through the first technical round at least.
