Very courteous during interview and gave me perspectives from multiple people who were there during interview. It was phone interview that is it. Multiple people on the call. Very flexible. Competency interview was made up of 4 recorded questions based on STAR format where you are have 1 minute to prep and 3 minutes to answer the question. Includes a section to write notes on the side while you complete the assessment, as well as a practice session before you officially begin.

You have time to prep, and then time dedicated to answering. One thing that was unexpected for me was that it was only an audio recording, no visual so got dressed up for no reason.
