Three interviews occurred during the same day. One right after the other. Each being 45 mins long. Behavioral mostly and asked if I understood what an implementation project looks like. You hear back after about 4 weeks.

Most difficult question was a case study that highlighted the circumstances of a project and how I would deal with the client expectations if they were unrealistic.

I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem

Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
