Coding interview was tense, they focused more on who the person is rather than their experience. I was nervous and that led to me making simple syntax mistakes repeatedly and I forgot some simpler concepts and time complexities for implementing certain things.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Research Triangle Park, NC)
Entretien
Interview came after a hacker rank. I would say between Leet Code easy and medium. I got all test case passed. Interview was a mix of behavioral and technical. Mainly asked about knowledge of frameworks like K8, GitHub actions, docker, bash, etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is the difference between docker image and docker container?
This was 2 years ago. The interviewer was my manager and he is a very chill person. I was asked to explain a project that I put on my resume and the only technical question that he asked was how I think I could improve on this architecture. I think this really varies because a fellow colleague who also previously went through the process was asked about hardware and operating systems so it really depends on the interviewer and your luck :)
Watch your email for a random email from them. You have a very strict (unforgiving) deadline once they send the email with the assessment. The Technical Assessment was composed of two DevOps specific question and one typical SWD question. The assessment was done through HackerRank.

Question 1
You had to SSH into their servers to write a special Docker file, another question question involved doing the same but using the Puppet tool. The last question was a typical SWD question.
