A day long process. Feb 8th 2020. - They asked 100 + candidates for an interview & they called it as Scheduled drive. - They asked people to come to Hinjewadi location & after coming to the location, they have conducted telephonic interview. - I have cleared first technical round, then HR asked me to submit salary slips, appraisal letter & Adhar card. - After a wait of 1 hour, they have conducted Manager round(PDM round). In that manager says they dont have any projects to offer me & also asked me to join on the existing pay package. Surprising right!!!! - After completing PDM round, I have asked to complete my bio metric & then HR asked me to go home & asked me to wait for HR call. - Then i got an email from Your IBM Application Status which says- our application will not be further considered for this role.. How funny... - To send this response they took almost a month. Still they didn't find the project & also not able to offer me hike on my existing package. - Then why do they called candidates for an interview & wasted a whole day... Kind of frustrating experience with big brand of IBM..
