Basic - pretty standard process for any other companies. It was pretty annoying because after been asked to answer 2 questions in a written response with a time limit on the of the interview they rejected me via a system generated email. I had to chase up for feedback myself twice to get the recruiter fluff me off saying "due to lack of experience.." - which I called confusing because if it's my experience, they should've been able to see that through my CV. The recruiter finally bothered to give me a call after me chasing her up on 2 occasions 1 week apart via email and LinkedIn, I expressed my disappointment - is it not common courtesy to provide feedback for candidates that put in extra time and effort to fulfil the request they've put forward? The excuse I got was that the hiring manager went on leave (I don't get why I still had to chase it up myself). Overall a very arrogant company - they still think that they are at their prime with mainframes and hardware. Well it's 2019. Personally don't want to and won't consider this place again - there are plenty of up and rising technology companies. Don't waste your time. They'll get you to do cartwheels and bend your back backwards and then reject you with a system generated email.
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (Toronto, ON) en mai 2015
Entretien
The interview was a part of the IBM Summit program for University hires for the Client representative position. 2 rounds of interviews were conducted which were about 25 minutes each. The interview process was a combination of networking and interview and there were many IBM executive level employees available for interaction.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez IBM (New York, NY) en mai 2015
Entretien
3 interviews, all were phone calls, pretty straightforward. Mostly behavioral questions, they try to understand how you act in some situations since this is a sales role. No tricks, very nice people
