Interview process was very short, one HR screen on the phone and one in-person round in the office. Mostly fit-based, no case studies, and very straightforward. People were friendly and nice and genuinely seemed to want to get to know me.

After online application submission, next step was a machine-based interview. The Recorded Competency Video is a short assessment that allows you "to demonstrate your workplace competency beyond what a traditional resume allows. You will be presented with a pre-recorded question, and you will be asked to record your response . This is a timed assessment."
"This recorded interview will take between 10-20 minutes to complete. You will respond to multiple prerecorded interview questions. For each question you will be given 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to respond."
I was presented with four questions in total. There was a practice question available that lets you get a feel for the process.

Questions were run-of-the-mill and focused on behaviors and general "are you a fit" type. In this interview event, there were no technical questions.
