A couple of middle-parties acted as 'recruitment partner'. Seems, they put their 'agency fees' very high to IBM, eventually, it is difficult for applicant to get shortlisted due to applicant's salary expectation. IBM do not hire workday non certified applicants which is very vague! They avoid hiring outstation applicants.

Why do you want to work with Workday Partner company when your at Workday Customer side!
IBM is really company, it has average interview process. With hands on knowledge you can crack the interview.
It depends on for which role you are giving the interview and who is the interviewer.
It would help if you had a lot of patience to answer for what has been asked.
As it consumes your whole day dealing with different managers and recruiters.
There are situations where you need to present few scenarios to the interviewers.
Nothing to fear, but you need to be strong enough in all the basics and believe in your potentials.
