Not an organised panel for the interview. A not good experience. they asked me same question twice and not realized this issue. They are not ready to conduct the interview.

It took lot of time to getting into the IBM block and I was made to wait lot of time to call for the panel. And after that HR didn't showed any form of respect to inform about the candidates who are rejected
