After applying online, I received an invitation for a HireVue automated interview session several weeks later. The session itself took several hours, with about 9 slightly technical questions and 2 small programming exercises. I would highly recommend using a real REPL for doing the coding, as the stdout within the online coding platform can't be examined or checked. It's also a bit buggy, as my automated code-checker had problems.
