It was easy they checked basic accounting knowledge and communication skills.Questions like golden rules of accounting and suspense account were asked.Basically your would be operations manager selects their own team.

The process took almost a week,
I had three rounds of interview
1. Telephonic Interview
2. Online Test
3. HR interview
All three rounds went on smooth and perfect. The interviewer was so comfortable. It was really an amazing experience

Entretien
The interview process consists of 1.Online Aptitude Test, 2.Technical/Managerial round, 3. HR Round.
It was not that difficult one to crack out.
Interview panel was quite friendly.
But IBM will offer Very poor package as freshers compared to others for similar profile jobs.
Overall Experience was good but not satisfactory to accept the offer.

Good . Easy basic questions. Normal HR , 2nd HR, salary fitment. Negotiation etc. Onboarding training and into the process all took within 1 month.............smooth all good. Foot amenities and facilities .
