It was normal interview process by Senior Managers

Candidates were selected for a group discussion on the basis of their CVs/ resume. Those who were further shortlisted after the group discussion round were called for a personal interview on the same day. The interview was conducted primarily by one person, with a couple of more passive interviewers seated in the interviewing panel. The interviewer was soft spoken, was a good listener, and provides clarifications to queries that I had about the company and the job for which we were being hired.
