Entretien
Submitted resume and about a week or two later, received an email about interview. Two 30 minute interview over Skype. First the recruiter tells you about IBM and the position. Then they ask you to give them a run down of your resume and to say more about yourself. They follow up by asking for your commitment and interest in the position. Both interviews were very relaxed.

Run me through your resume, tell me about yourself, can you commit to the co-op, what are your experiences in finance, how familiar are you with excel, prod answers to different scenarios.
Only 3 interviews and very general questions, the interviewers made the experience much more enjoyable. Easy to connect and talk with them and made the overall experience great for an interviewer
Received email for interview after 2 months of applying. Fairly conversational and not highly technical. They seek individuals who are passionate about the company, care about the role, willing to learn.

First step was to submit online application, cover letter and resume submission. This was followed by behavioral interview questions with members of the HR/recruiter team. Two or three different conversations.
