I applied online at the end of august, then they sent to me 2 online tests (personality and analitical), not easy. I passed and I interviewed at IBM (Segrate, Milan) in September 2017. I had a series of face-to-face interviews with managers of different areas (Cloud and Enterprise Applications (SAP)) and one with the HR. The interview was easy, no hard questions, you have just to show your curiosity and passion for technology and obviously for IBM. I received no feedback, i called them and they told me "you passed, but now we have problems with hires". In november i did another interview on skype, with a manager of cognitive area (in september they said that the process was completed, no more interviews). It's been over a month and I have no news...and probably i will not have.

A entrevista foi dividida em duas etapas e foi tranquila. Porém, na primeira entrevista, a vaga tinha um escopo. Na segunda etapa, a vaga ganhava um escopo totalmente diferente. Com a quebra de expectativa, não senti segurança em continuar o processo seletivo e declinei a continuação.
