There were various rounds of interview. Written Exam, Group Discussion, Technical Interview, HR Interview. Written Exam was Analytical questions based. Group discussion included 10 members and 2 IBM employees and day to day topics were discussed. Final Interview process was based on management process and different situations how a employee might react in an IT MNC Company.
