It was a walk-in interview at Bengaluru, Manyata Tech park as well as at EGL, Domlur for Technical support associate.
The interview process consists of 3 rounds totally.
1) Communication Assessment round.
2) Communication Assessment round 2 by probably an HR or a telephonic interview round
3) Technical round.
Though i never reached till the last round in my all attempts, i had gone through the 1st and 2nd rounds.
First i have to tell that some of the interviewers has great amount of attitude and mostly biased.
In the 1st round you will be asked to describe yourself and you may be given a topic to speak on for about 2 to 5 min.
In the 2nd round again you will be given a topic to talk on or in the telephonic round they might again ask you basic questions.
In the last round it may be technical related questions.
I had horrible experience in IBM as once in the second round i was asked to tell about IBM, none had info on it, i was the only guy to speak on IBM.
I got rejected stating i used fillers in between where as a girl who told she dont know anything about IBM was taken to the next interview round.
This shows the level of Interviewers in IBM for Tech support associate. Its worst.

It’s pretty easy. One needs to be well versed with basic technical troubleshooting of a PC/laptop. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, collaboration skills.
Ability to come up with ideas that makes the job easy is a plus.

Entretien
I applied to IBM for the role of Technical Support Associate on 7th July, 2021. The virtual interview was arranged on the same day post lunch.
The interview had 2 rounds.
The first round was Technical. Since I had applied to Windows Helpdesk Associate, I was asked questions from Windows only. The interviewer gave me some time to introduce myself. Then I was asked around 15 Technical questions. I had answered most of the questions. The interviewer explained more about the organization and what are the skills it is looking for. The first round got over.
On the same day itself I was asked to join the 2nd round of interview which was cultural and behavioral check. The interview took around 45 mins to complete. Again the interviewer explained more about the organization and the candidates it is looking for. I was asked only about myself in my career and college days. The 2nd round got over.
The offer process started from 14th of July, 2021 and I received the offer on 17th of July, 2021.
The entire process was very smooth.
I just want to take a minute and thank the entire hiring team and the interviewers. This was the very quickest hiring process that I had seen in my career. Thanks to the team and the organization. You guys are lighting many people's hopes.

Confidence check in group discussion, accent and grammer are the main points to remember while speaking. In group discussion I was told to speak about social media. In comminication accent round I was given a topic and told speak. My accent and grammer was check. In 3rd round basics of networking questions were asked. LAN, WAN, OS, IP Address,MAC address etc.
