Very personal and appreciated. Confirmed receipt of my resume with a personalized email, not a standard form letter. Scheduled first meeting within 24 hours then 2nd interview the next day. Again received a personal letter saying another candidate got the job. Though disappointed on not getting the job I walked away with much respect for IBM. My only concern was they had already identified a candidate so why continue with interviews from other candidates.
