Went through an initial screening process on MS teams which was very simple, A week later I got the email for an interview panel which was supposed to be with 2 interviewers but the tech lead did not show up which ultimately compromised the entire interview process with this company from my end. The one gentleman that did show up to interview me was very pleasant to speak with regardless.
