First round is Telephonic , you will be send to a room where you have to conversate to a person on the other end of the phone. Second is face to face for VNA,which will be held by an active team leader of IBM gurgaon. Third is another VNA over the phone, this round will only be conducted if you get selected in the first two rounds. Last is the HR round, where you can discuss your salary if have any past Job experience, else the salary is fixed for freshers. Everything depends on how well you sound over the phone, the fluency of your english is not a very big concern as it can be learnt during the training. Its just the voice of your sound that i going to matter.

Good interview .ask technical from cn,oops and dbms.ask about general aptitude also . question like what is http and HTTPS and SMTP.and ask so many questions from oops concepts.in hr round ask about how you do work .and something about how coperate with teammates.
