I have not reached all steps yet, but until this point it´s a good experience. First I got an email with some tests, then they called and we booked a 30 min skills interview. Next step is case studies and meeting the team

Fast but frustrating and long. Send in your details -> Receive a numerical and behavioral test -> receive a call from HR to book a meeting -> 1 hour meeting with HR -> 2nd interview with Staff and HR -> 3rd interview head of HR... They wanted you to use the STAR method when presenting yourself; this was crucial.
During the second interview, you needed to present yourself again through the STAR method, It was maybe around 10 questions... Later on, a case was presented...

The interview included a case study where I was told: ‘This shirt is underperforming, how do we fix it?’ I was expected to analyze potential causes and propose strategies.
There were also some math-based questions, such as calculating profit margins. For example: ‘A shirt costs X, we have 10,000 units in inventory. What’s our profit if we raise the price to Y?’
Another part involved trend analysis: ‘These clothing items are trending in Region A, but not in Region B. What conclusions can you draw, and how would you act on them?’
Finally, I was shown a regional performance report with mixed results, some stores were doing well, others not. The question was: ‘What stands out to you? Where would you focus your attention?
