The interviews were mostly personality based - are you a good fit for the company? It seemed like once I connected with my interviewer on a personality level it was easy sailing. There was a tech interview but they were softball questions

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

But I got rejection after hr round so I don't know what's the rest rounds going on
