The Superday process consists of three rigorous interview rounds following the initial screening, designed to assess technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Each round typically includes a mix of behavioral, technical, and situational questions to evaluate your skills and alignment with the role.

Question 1
Focused more on STAR questions and how you handle specific scenarios, as this is for GTech role.
The process was straightforward. Started with a phone interview and then if you pass that, you go onto onsite interviews which consist of 3 back to back interviews. I passed the phone interview, but failed somewhere during the onsite. They don't provide any type of feedback at all or tell you where you messed up.

Round 1: screening
Round 2: RRK - role related knowledge
Round 3: GCA - General Cognitive Ability
Round 4: Googlyness & Leadership
Round 5: Hiring Committee
Overall experience very long wait in between rounds drives you crazy, I messed up GCA but was a good learning experience.
