My interview was in-person in one of the MTV buildings. Terrible interview. Without being told, me and two other candidates were invited to an interview at the same time. The hiring manager who was also the interviewer asked us a question and made each of us answer at once, and then gave us an excel test for an hour with zero context. After the two hour interview, I never heard back. Not even a rejection letter.

What would you do on day 1 if you started and the manager was no where to be found?
The interview process was well-structured with the following rounds: HR screening, and final discussion with the manager. Communication was clear, and scheduling was handled professionally. The questions were relevant to the coordinator role. Overall, the interviewers were respectful and welcoming, which gave me a positive impression of the company.

It was a very speedy process, I made it through 2 interviews. I was reached out to by a recruiter and was interviewed the next week. The following week I had another interview with a different team and it went really well
