Half hour interviews with multiple rounds. All interviews have equal weight. Usually takes multiple weeks. Covers 3 to 4 principles including Role related knowledge, general cognitive ability, thought leadership, and Googleyness. Significant importance given to culture fit. Referrals work.

Great process, Got a link and everything went smoothly. Great crisp questions and smooth flow. Was a very short interview as I did not get selected.
