Typical sales interview for new grads. Not technical at all. Process was smooth and deadlines were kept. Was flown in for the last rounds of interviews. Bring cases where you had impact and show experience with concrete examples.

What project is you proudest of and why? Tell me about a scenario where you managed to make people who disagree with you, end up agreeing with you.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.

Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.

rd1 interview is coming up this week (11 days after).
Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.
