J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google en juill. 2022
Entretien
Recruiter screen followed by two technical rounds and then a (final?) round with another technical question, a meeting with a cross-functional partner, and a job-fit interview.
I did not advance beyond this. Everyone was great along the way and the recruiters and schedulers shared many helpful tips. Scheduling interviews involves using a Google forms to share availability and is somewhat tedious.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Technical interviews asked python and SQL questions. Generally SQL questions involved doing some joins and groupbys.
Python questions typically had you read in data and then calculate some quantities. Sometimes they let me use Pandas and other times they had me basically re-create a pandas function which seemed a little strange.
Was asked a few specific questions about time-series modeling due to the position.
Lengthy. Recruiter screen followed by 4 online interviews and an invitation to on-site. They asked a bunch of questions specific to the role and expected an analysis that required industry knowledge. I wasn't told that by the recruiter and bombed.
Great people and a challenging interview process designed to select strong candidates. The hiring managers were kind, professional, and helpful throughout. I only wish I had more time to prepare beforehand. Overall, it was a positive experience.

They asked me some questions, then I answered them. This continued for approximately 30 minutes, at which point I departed. I have not heard from them since. It was an enjoyable experience.
