J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google en août 2010
Entretien
They seemed to be very stats oriented. Lots of questions about college, even though I graduated four years ago. Curious about professional organizations, and then drilled on knowledge of Google products. If you don't have experience in the position that you are interviewing for, it may be tricky to move on as they are less likely to want to train new hires.
It's nearly impossible to get an interview if you don't know someone so get referred!

They asked some random questions.
THe table was dirty and oily. The guy was high on something. This is a horrile place. i don't want to work there even if they pay $12 bucks.
The interview process started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, lasting about 30–45 minutes. They discussed my resume, experience, and fit for the role. This call was non-technical and mostly focused on background and behavioral questions.
