I had a phone interview asking a technical question. I passed that and made it to the virtual on-sites. For the on-site interviews, there were 4 technical (algorithms) interviews and 1 behavioral interview. I did not get the job.

I was contacted by a recruiter and later scheduled for two interview rounds: a technical screen to assess my skills, followed by a leadership round to evaluate my collaboration and problem-solving approach.

Schnelle Absage über die Statusmeldung im Portal. Ohne Referenz von internen Mitarbeitern ist es schwierig, in die Interviewphase zu gelangen. Anschließend ist man für 90 Tage im Bewerbungsverfahren blockiert, was eine erneute Bewerbung ebenfalls erschwert. Das ist nicht ganz fair, wenn die Gründe für die Absage sehr unterschiedlich sein können, wie etwa wenn zu viele Bewerber bereits im Prozess sind.
