Contacted by a recruiter after applying to a different position almost 3 months prior. We had a 15-20 minutes phone call screening. I passed the screening but I decided to cancel the technical interview since I did not feel prepared

After rescheduling once, they then stood me up for my technical interview, without any explanation.
After rescheduling again and interviewing, they told me I would hear back from them within a certain time frame, but I still haven't.

I applied through an recruiter. They gave me a phone screening interview. Without any questions about my background , the hiring manager directly sent me a Google doc asking me to write code. The questions were so hardcore and looked had nothing to do with UX.
