Employee invitation to apply First initial call with recruiter follow-up meeting to tell me I may be better suited for another position and if they want me they will be in contact

First round was phone screen by recruiter and second round was a design problem for two hypothetical scenarios where you had to think of all considerations and model privacy surface areas. I wasn’t from a traditional background so found it hard. But, the recruiter beforehand gives you very good materials to prepare for it. The recruiter at the end even scheduled a call to discuss why I was rejected. Found that very respectful and considerate.
