Seven interviews to get to the final boss. Flew out to Toronto twice. In person interviews much more difficult that phone screens obvs. Tough questions, know your stuff. Some theory, some Femi, some industry, some math problems.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
