J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Mountain View, CA) en sept. 2013

      Entretien

Got a call from Google HR about an opportunity in their Fin-Ops organization. First interview was with HR for 30 minutes then a follow up google hangout interview with a manager. The weird part is that the candidate has no clue what job he is interviewing for, it is an open ended position. After a few days another HR person emailed to setup a meeting at Google HQ. First interview with very scripted before I could give my 90 second pitch I was told to stop and only respond to the questions that are asked. Most of the questions were behavioral and some open ended question, like how would solve X problem where answer could be anything but interviewer had a specific answer in mind, which means your answers could be a hit or a miss. There case based questions about forecasting next year sales, I provided a data driven answer but interviewer was looking for "I will call everyone at Google to see what they were working on before making projections" and then one "googly" question. and What am I passionate about. Second interview was similar to first where it was less about prior experience but more about responding to various situations. How did I handle conflict or disagreement. Then a case on how to gather information or implement large projects given a decentralized nature of Google. Lunch Interview was interesting because I think both of my lunch buddies were forced to have lunch with me. One was polite enough but second's annoyance was apparent, I did my best to keep positive and ask questions about work life balance and opportunities for growth etc. Third interview was great, he came with a script also but it was more about discussing my prior experience rather than "googly" questions. This was a great opportunity to learn about the job and talk more openly about how my skills are relevant.
