J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Google (Sunnyvale, CA) en mars 2018
Entretien
Applied for an Account Manager position, based in Sunnyvale, and got an e-mail back from the Recruiter at the same week.
1st interview with the Recruiter went well, took place at the time scheduled and we used Google Hangout.
2nd was an online assessment to make sure I was able to read/write/speak on both languages required for the position (Portuguese/English).
3rd interview was supposed to be a 45 mins conversation with the hiring manager. She logged in the Google Hangout a few mins late and mentioned right away that she could not make it 45 mins due to another meeting, also she was not the actual hiring manager and it seemed a very last minute thing since she didn't know details for the position or the business when I asked questions (which is fine with me).
Even though it is clear how solid the hiring process at Google is, it was frustrating the experience of getting prepared (and everything involved on that) and learn that you'll actually have half of the time planned for something you're really looking forward to (I did not finish my answer when she started getting ready to leave the room).
The overall experience was not positive. I expected a more open conversation, within the time scheduled for a proper evaluation.
Pros: the recruiter Derek Eng was super nice, always kept me updated with feedbacks and answered my questions.

Question 1
How would I make an investment to grow G-Suite portfolio sales?
Tell me about a situation when you had to use your analytical skills and how was it.
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.

Got referred by a friend, had a call with a nice person from HR, after that I had an interview with a manager, relaxed conversation about how I'd adress certain topics and also did a practical case study,.
Difficile mais faisable, faut s’entraîner un maximum. Y’a des vidéos sur YouTube qui expliquent super bien tout le process. Y’a 3 étapes après le call avec le rh et c’est hyper bien fait mais faut être bien préparé
