Got in contact over a university event with Google. 1. Telephone Interview with HR 2. Sales Pitch with someone of the team 3. On-site interview with 3 different people. 2 from the team and someone outside) All four criterias (googliness, leadership skills, logical thinking and job skills) got examed. It was always a very nice atmosphere and everyone was trying to make me as comfortable a s possible. They will test if you actually prepared for the role. However, I had the feeling that the most important thing was me as a person. They mentioned it all the time, that they can teach me anything, but I have to fit into the team and Google. The first interview was standard. the seond was quite challenging as I had to inform me about the Google products and know them enough to explain them to anyone and be able to adapt to inputs of the client. The third one was hard as it was 3h straight. However, I like it, as I had the feeliing that the main thing was to get to know me really well. The only real downside was that it took them really long. Especially after the last interview I had to wait 3 days to get the answer and then another 2 weeks til I got a response from the boarder who does the final decision.
