I had an interview process a couple months ago. The team was mostly kind except I knew despite that I did well in the interviews that I did not get the job due to one employee acting very casual during the interview - not asking me follow up questions, taking it from her couch in sweatpants and a sweat shirt and not paying attention to me

3 rounds of virtual interviews. Mixture of behavioural and hypothetical questions tailored around understanding my client management, conflict management, time management, team/collaboration abilities, and general culture fit. 45 minute interviews, 4-5 questions per interview with some follow ups per question, and time for questions at the end. Correspondence throughout is with their recruiter via email
