I was interviewing for a BI position when I was told by the recruiter that another team is also interested in interviewing me. I was given a SQL test (at home test) which was timed. 90 mins for 10 questions which included 4 SQL queries to be written and 2 multiple choice questions and 3 descriptive questions related to a scenario. In 2 days time i was told the team wanted to move forward and a phone screen was scheduled with one of the team members. The phone screening lasted for 35 mins and I was given multiple scenarios looking at how I would approach it. I was told that I did great and that the HR will let me know the steps forward. Got a reject next day giving no reason.
