J'ai travaillé chez GoDaddy en Contrat Permanent (Plus d'un an)
Co-workers were awesome.
Benefits were the best I have seen in a while.
Nothing in place to help agents with verbally abusive customers...and there were plenty who when they didn't get their way swore until they did.
Had to do sales & support and you were fired if your css (not under your control btw) was low or you didn't meet metrics.
Multiple places to put the same notes which didn't talk to each other so lots of duplicate work.
Conseils à la direction
If we couldn't bonus on CSS then CSS shouldn't be a factor for PIP or other such "coachable" situations.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé une entrevue à GoDaddy (Nottingham, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
I applied through Indeed when looking for an entry level job in something technical (this was an area of interest for me, but I was not already particularly knowledgeable or skilled in it). I was called by the recruiter and asked to come in for an interview. At the interview, there were some really basic questions to see where my starting point was technically, but I found out later our recruiting process for 1st Line is much more about assessing the individual as a fit for the team than his/her skillset. Many people come in with little to no real knowledge, but I think it is great really. It is a great way to step into a career in tech if you didn't go to college or university for it.
