My process began with an email from Mark @ Glassdoor with a link to the posted position. After that I had a 30min call w/Mark that outlined the position and set clear expectations for the next steps. I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process, especially when it came to discussing compensation. After that, I had another 30min call with a stakeholder in my department that was another amazing experience that led to my onsite interview the following week. During the process Mark made themself fully available to me and was prompt to answer every question I had. Arriving onsite, James welcomed me and made me feel extremely comfortable in the office and facilitated my multi-hour 1:1 interview process with multiple stakeholders both remote and onsite. I was not looking for a new role, however the scope of the position intrigued me and it felt like a challenge that I was excited to take on. What solidified my interest was the interactions I had with my interviewers that made it clear that Glassdoor was a place that I would be challenged, but given every available tool to succeed. This was one of the best interview experiences I have had in my life and that is due to the considerations made by my interviewers and the transparency the recruiting team brought to the process.
